Signature Roof Repair

the team recently finished a complex roofing project on our house, which has lots of angles, levels, and tricky valleys. they were hardworking, polite, and really knew their craft. plus, the price was fair and set up front. other roofing companies we talked to wanted us to bring in outside contractors to handle repairs before they would even start, but not this crew. they handled everything themselves, making the process so much easier for us. along with removing and installing new shingles, they also repaired and replaced wood trim, swapped out some old siding, updated the flashing around our big central chimney, replaced one skylight and put in two new ones, and even scraped and painted the trim and siding in those tough, high spots. now, the whole top part of our house is looking great and ready for many years ahead. damian, who was both the estimator and the lead roofer, was there every day, making sure nothing was missed. we always chatted each morning about the plan for the day, and the crew stayed focused on our project until it was totally finished—they never left us waiting while working on other jobs. really happy with how everything turned out and would recommend them for any roofing work.

I highly recommend Signature Roof Repair. I reached out in the evening, and Liam showed up early the next morning to take a close look at my roof and gutters. He carefully inspected everything and took clear photos to show what needed fixing. After giving me a fair estimate, he came back later that day and finished all the repairs, sharing more photos of the completed work. Liam was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and left everything clean. I will definitely call them for any roofing needs in Oakland going forward.

I highly recommend this roofing company. They came out more than once to put a tarp on our roof and stop the existing leaks before starting the main work. When the project began, the crew—especially Gary, Damian, and Nicholas—were always respectful and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. The project manager worked closely with our solar contractor to coordinate schedules, making everything run smoothly. The owner also visited several times to check on the crew’s progress and made sure everything was going well, even with other contractors involved. The whole job was finished quickly, and we are really happy with our new roof.

I am extremely happy with the roofing and siding project recently completed on my house. When I bought my home, the exterior was in really rough shape—years of wear had left the cedar siding falling off in pieces, roofing shingles coming loose, and the chimney leaking whenever it rained. I reached out to a few local roofing companies for quotes, but Damian was the only one who truly took the time to walk around my property and really understand what was needed. Damian asked about my work schedule, if I had pets or kids, and even if I was comfortable with the crew listening to music while working. He made sure our daily routines and my dog's safety were a priority. Out of the three estimates I received, Damian’s was right in the middle, but he stood out as the only one who checked both the roof and the siding in detail. He also clearly explained the cleanup process, making sure all nails and scraps would be picked up to keep things safe for me and my dog. Based on Damian’s attention to detail and his fair estimate, I decided to go with this company. I already knew I wanted a Mountain Sage color for the new siding with crisp white trim. At first, I thought about waiting to fix the roof, but since there were leaks, Damian recommended tackling the roof at the same time. I ended up choosing a light-colored roof to help keep the house cooler during our hot California summers, which was important to me. Damian brought his foreman, Nicholas, to the house to go over the job and discuss where materials and the dumpster would go. Nicholas was very knowledgeable and professional. Every morning, I would check in with Nicholas about the progress, and the whole crew was always on time, respectful, and kept the job site tidy. The quality of work was top-notch, and the attention to detail was impressive. Damian and Nicholas worked to keep the original character of the house, which I really appreciated. Damian even helped me pick out new doors when the old ones weren’t working anymore. There was only one minor hiccup—the wrong front door was delivered and installed by mistake. As soon as I told Damian, he immediately took care of it and had the correct door installed before I even got home. Since the project was finished, we’ve had some heavy rain, and the new roof and siding have held up perfectly. The attic is now a lot cooler thanks to the new roof and ridge vent, and my home looks beautiful and is much easier to maintain. I’ve even noticed a drop in my electricity usage, even with the air conditioning running as much as before. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my new roof and siding. If I ever need another roofing job, Damian will be the first person I call!

outstanding, fast & affordable roofing service liam and his skilled crew tackled the big job of replacing the roof on our victorian house with 6 gables in oakland. we were on a tight timeline to finish before selling our home, and their quote was very fair. the team arrived just two days after we agreed on the work, ready to get started. when they found some issues with the old chimney structure, they coordinated smoothly with a chimney specialist, making sure everyone could get their work done without delay. the roof was finished ahead of schedule, and our 132-year-old home looks amazing with the brand new shingles. the whole crew was professional, knowledgeable, and really cared about doing top-quality work. i highly recommend this roofing team if you want great service at a good price.
