They took great care with the installation, including the windows and the trimming, and made sure everything looked clean and properly finished.Before leaving, they walked me through how to properly open and close each window and showed me how to clean them, which I really appreciated. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.My home feels noticeably quieter and warmer already. The work crew arrived at my house at the time they prescribed. Able to stripped off all of the old Shingles and install new decking, moisture film, and fiberglass Shingles in a single day. The detail crew totally cleaned up the surrounding area of all waste and old Shingles. "Excellent job!"
Great workmanship With quality materials along with 30 year warranty.Needed venting for upstairs, closets, front and back of house, which I’m sure added to the total cost.Very pleased with the outcome!
Overall experience was great, the workmanship of intallation great. Had couple of delays and the price point was high. Ultimately I do feel as though I got what I paid for. Though time will tell if the investment pays off after 20 - 30 years.I must add that their team did realize pitfalls in the overall design of my roof and corrected them and installed mitigation measures to prevent over-heating and ensuring a water tight roof. Which was greatly appreciated.
