I recently had my windows replaced by Erie Home and I’m very happy with the results. There were only three crew members, but they worked efficiently and finished in what I felt was a very reasonable amount of time. They took great care with the installation, including the windows and the trimming, and made sure everything looked clean and properly finished.

Before leaving, they walked me through how to properly open and close each window and showed me how to clean them, which I really appreciated. They also cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done.

My home feels noticeably quieter and warmer already. This was a major investment for me, but I’m glad I chose Erie Home and would recommend them to other homeowners looking to upgrade their windows.

Overall experience was great, the workmanship of intallation great. Had couple of delays and the price point was high. Ultimately I do feel as though I got what I paid for. Though time will tell if the investment pays off after 20 - 30 years.

I must add that their team did realize pitfalls in the overall design of my roof and corrected them and installed mitigation measures to prevent over-heating and ensuring a water tight roof. Which was greatly appreciated.
