M&M Roofing took the time to show me detailed pictures of the poor installation work done by Century Roofing (who never responded to my service requests). They provided a clear and professional estimate to repair the leak and address a few maintenance concerns.After receiving several estimates, my wife and I decided to go with M&M Roofing because:• They were prompt and professional in communication.• Their inspection and photos made it easy to understand the issues.• The estimate was reasonable and transparent.• They explained the scope of work clearly and didn’t pressure us.• They showed strong attention to detail and integrity.Once I confirmed we wanted to move forward, they quickly got us on the schedule. At the end of the job, they sent photos showing the completed work — replacing damaged shingles, caulking nail holes around vents, installing new rubber boots, and sealing exposed nail heads on vents, flashing, and ridge caps.They even replaced a few additional shingles beyond the estimate but still honored the original quoted price. Overall, their honesty, workmanship, and communication were outstanding.

He also arranged for sub-contract work for total gutter replacement and painting work. Lastly, when I need specs or other information for sharing with our HOA for architectural review and approval, he gave me exactly what was needed in a timely manner.
