If I had another roof to replace, I'd call Black Diamond Roofing again. Don was very accommodating and helpful. He kept us up to date at every turn. My husband is VERY particular and hard to please but he is delighted with their work. The crew was polite, explained things and listened to my husband's concerns. This company was communicative and very professional. They were able to come and do a second bid for us since we weren’t quite ready the year before, no questions asked. Once we signed the contract, the owner dropped off roof samples for us to choose from. Within a week or two, they got us worked into their summertime schedule. While on site, the workers were very courteous and took extra care to protect our landscaping. The job was done quickly, and it looks great. This company even went a step above and beyond and contracted with a fellow business owner to have a stretch of gutters installed as part of our overall roof project. We appreciated that he didn't feel like a saleman. The crew was friendly and respectful and worked quickly. Each day they cleaned up as if they were never there.
