We were very pleased with our service! We worked with Brandon. He was quick to come over and assess our window and get measurements and a quote. The turnaround time was quick. We had to have additional concrete block added to a wall to raise the new window up away from the foundation. They came and put a temporary hold in the space while we waited for the window to come in- this was quick and efficient to avoid the summer heat and rain. The Installation process of the window was seamless and done in a couple hours. The installation crew was very thorough, considerate, and kind. We are grateful for Brandon overseeing this process, he made easy!
I wanted to like Pyramid. Joe Shanks was professional, but their quality control is severely lacking.We filed 3 warranty repairs, all of which they admitted was their oversight, one that lead to interior water damage.Now we have water damage again from another obvious miss (see photos - this is just from 1 of the cases). I told Joe we were more than willing to pay additional for "out of scope" repairs - how they didn't catch these is beyond me, considering we hired a new roofer who found the issues within 5 minutes. Pyramid was on our roof over 10 times and still failed to catch glaring issues, forcing us to file claims later - such a waste of our time and money fixing drywall & repainting from the water leaks.I'm done filing claims. We're hiring another roofer at our own expense because I've lost all trust. They may be a longtime local contractor, but they're clearly running a volume business.. get in, get out, deal with warranty claims later.I can't recommend trusting them with something that could cause thousands in interior damage due to carelessness. They've lost my future business along with my neighbors and trusted friends & family.

He made filing our claim incredibly simple and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
