Mark the owner explained the roofing process well, came prepared with house layout and roofing material options. His price was very budget friendly, the roof was done in a day in a half with permits included in price. Overall very happy with his work!
After a few years of putting off my roof replacement I started to do research on companies. I obtained estimates from 4 companies that were listed on google. B&M roofing was one of them. After obtaining estimates from "Corporate Companies", neighbors who own roofing companies, and other roofing contractors I was exhausted with the price difference and options. The Corporate companies sent some aggressive sales persons that wanted me to sign on the spot. They were very aggressive and pushy. The price they provided was ridiculously high. With my neighbors who also have roofing companies it was limited options either high end roof or low end roof with cheap materials. When Mark came to my house to provide me an estimate he took his time to listen to me and informed me that he was going to write up an estimate and email it to me. Mark was the only one out of all the companies/contractors that gave me something in writing. His warranty and materials outranked the other competitors. I elected to go with Mark and his team to do my roof. I inquired about a higher end roof and Mark provided me with the information and additional cost which was very reasonable and the best warranty in the industry. Once Mark and his team started on my roof it went smooth and Mark stopped by and checked in with me via phone and text to make sure everything was going great. My biggest concern was the rotted wood and his team replaced all of the rotted wood and asking me to come outside and look at their progress. A few issues did come up but Mark and his team resolved it immediately. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere for a roofing estimate. Call Mark and he will take care of you! I was stressing out for a few weeks over my room as it is a big investment and expense. Marks business is located in Ontario and has boutique style service that outranks larger competitors. Check out the pictures of my new roof! I cant express any more words as to how awesome my roof came out and the quality, professional craftsmanship that Mark and his team have. Thank you to B&M roofing for taking care of me and my family with our new roof!!!! Don't stress out and deal with other companies that will make you go crazy.
