From start to finish, the experience was excellent.I want to give special recognition to our project manager, Argo Kerobyan. Fittingly, the name Argo comes from the Greek word Argos, meaning “swift” and “shining.” That describes him perfectly. His clarity, speed, and steady guidance brought light to every step of the project. Argo walked me through the proposal, helped me choose the right roof type and color, and coordinated all interactions with the city — including pulling permits and ensuring the official inspection went smoothly.They began with a thorough assessment, then moved into a clean and efficient tear-off of the old roof. After removing the old materials, they inspected the wood decking and replaced any damaged sections to ensure a solid foundation. They installed new underlayment, flashing, and all necessary waterproofing components before laying down the new roofing material with precision. Throughout the process, Argo kept me informed so I always understood what was happening and why.I also want to highlight the outstanding work of Salvador and his crew. They handled the demolition with care, cleaned as they worked, and were extremely diligent in checking for debris — especially nails — around my home. Sandoval roofing replaced our roof just a few weeks ago! We have solar panels that also needed to be removed and reinstalled so it wss a little bit more than just the roof. They were WONDERFUL to work with! Argo was amazing! He came out to give us the estimate and gave it to us straight. He wasnt pushy. He didn't over promise. He gave us an amazing price too! We dealt with him the entire time and he communicated well and did what he said he was going to do. They were FAST too! I had to go out of town for two weeks and they were there and done before I even got back and before the huge rains hit. They cleaned up after themselves like they weren't even there. We were very happy with the service we received from them. The roof looks amazing! I'm so happy we took our time and found Sandoval!

I contacted four roofing companies and Sandoval Roofing was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but they were the most personable and trustworthy. DAVID, the project manager, was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He WAS NOT pushy at all and even encouraged me to get other quotes. Because of David's persona, I ultimately decided to entrust Sandoval Roofing with this project. David kept me informed of the progression and was always available to answer all my questions; and trust me, there were many! I really can't say enough about David. He went above and beyond! Thanks to the hard work of the team, the whole project was completed in three days.
