I was working with Mario! He was awesome, I had 3 companies come out to check my roof including guardian roofing the first 2 weren’t ideal they didn’t bother going on the roof they tried to bargain with me to get my business. Mario was easy to work with he was flexible and was able to get his guys out here asap! Mario has both roofing experience and sales/management experience His crew he sent were clean quiet and quick! When I went on the roof to check the work it was beautiful! The price was fair for what we got. The crew went the extra mile to check our attic to make sure they’re wasn’t any other leak and to check the ac suit to make sure that wasn’t leaking They were friendly Define recommend

Guardian Roofing comes highly recommended. I had my roof installed from them in 2005 and over the years have had no issues. The attention to detail and finished product exceeded my expectations. Fast forward 20 years later. I called for a routine maintenance service and they came through again. I knew the work needed was minor only to replace a few broken tiles and reseal the roof vents. Dan Hill came through. He was prompt and very responsive. Maintenance service was scheduled and ultimately performed by Alex. The attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend Guardian roofing for anyone either wanting their roof to be maintained or a new roof. They won't disappoint.

Guardian Roofs was selected from a list of 10 roofers during my quest to replace fascia boards. Mario Gutierrez was prompt to inspect the damages boards and offer a reasonable bid for replacement. The project was promptly calendared and his crew arrived on time. The work was professional, even upgraded to include superior materials and workmanship to new building codes.
