Below are bullet points of my observations and experience:1) The roofers were very professional and knowledgeable. Every morning, they notified us of their presence and then gave us an end-of-day update of the services performed with photos2) They were very meticulous: covered furniture with tarp to keep dirt away, walked on the roof carefully, removed leaves and dirt by hand, replaced or reinforced tiles, fixed or replaced damaged fascia boards, painted impacted areas, and used a blower and a water hose at the end of the day to leave the area beneath the roof in pristine condition3) The company sent me an email at the end of the job with pictures of the work done on the roof and requested my feedback on its quality and whether anything else was needed.Over the years, I had dealt with many reputable home service providers (contractors, electricians, roofers, plumbers, etc.). Specialist Roofing & Repair is a cut above, and I was very impressed with the quality of work done, their employees, and the care they showed to ensure I was satisfied with the work being done. Specialist Roof & Repair visited our home and then again at our rental home after the rain caused leaks at the two locations. They did an excellent job at both places with pictures they provided of the actual work they performed. I have worked with Roof Repair Specialist for a few years now and always have good experience. Many roofing companies nowadays hesitate or decline to take on roof repair jobs if the roof is not done by them and just do replacement. Obviously there are good reasons behind this practice as it would be taking on issues created by others. However, for most of us, roof replacement is done every 15-20 years or so.
