All Pro was great.Excellent quality skylight was installed by a pro team. Three techs, removed our old skylight, installed the new one, reshingled where needed and removed all debris, all in 1 1/2 hours.Great job and courteous staff.
I would recommend AllPro without hesitation. Their initial visit and assessment seemed thorough, including spending time on the roof, (which 2 other companies did not do) and he explained his recommendations and answered my questions. I felt confident after the visit and chose Allpro even though it wasn't the lowest quote. Danielle is mentioned in a number of other postings and I agree she was great to deal with re scheduling and questions. When the work was being done the supervisor was very good at communicating and his team were very pleasant and worked efficiently and carefully protecting our gardens from debris and they did a good cleanup. It was a good experience having AllPro replacing our roof shingles.
Let us tell you about the fantastic service we received from Allpro. Danielle is the person who organizes all their jobs. She is a jack of all trades and a fantastic point of contact. The estimator (Steve I believe) put together a very detailed estimate that included things such as replacement venting and a new Skylight. Then Brandon and the boys came to install the roof. 6 awesome, keen, hardworking gentlemen with loads of experience and a fantastic camaraderie were here for 3 days giving each other good natured banter reminiscent of my military days. We loved them and their work. Our home has never looked better! Thanks to the owner Jamie for having assembled such a professional crew of people from the top down. Highly recommended!
