Worked with Cornelius and his team on a project in Orillia. They were able to get the work done in a single day to minimize the inconvenience to me, their pricing was fair, and they got the job scheduled quickly. They were also able to go above and beyond by handling a chimney cut off / cap as well as some fascia work
We are totally satisfied with the replacement of the shingles on our roof. The team who came to do the job were able to complete it in one day. They were very professional and friendly, spending the time beforehand laying down tarp around the house and plywood around doors and windows. They also took the time to cleanup afterwards, asking me if everything was to my satisfaction. A refuse bin was delivered the night before, and removed just after the job was complete. The entire procedure from first obtaining the quote to the final cleanup was first rate! I highly recommend them!
ABSOLUTELY DONOT RECOMMEND. I have a list of reasons a mile long, but here are the TOP 5 REASONS TO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY1) Sales representative was VERY unprofessional. Had kept inviting himself over for "drinkypoos" as he called it. As a young single female, this was NOT okay. I started having neighbours be here when the company showed up.2) When I reached out to the head sales representative, Ryan, he took over my account. However, SO MUCH information was not communicated properly, between the two sales representatives and who came to work on my house that a lot of work was missed (had to get the company back 3x for just the roof)-3) Insulation was not completed (did not do the areas in my basement I asked AND paid for). No insulation was left behind, even though I was told there were leftovers that I asked to leave as I paid for it.4) I went through FinanceIt as I was told there would be no fees or anything. When I got the paperwork, it said there was over $150 fees for processing, etc. I asked about this, got a written letter saying the company (that was confirmed with the owner) was going to cover costs of using FinanceIT, as I was not informaed of additional fees. This was not removed from my bill even though I had asked MULTIPLE times.5) LASTLY, Ainger had recommended an Energy Audit company to use, McCormick Energy. I had the initial and final audit done. I asked for paperwork and was told it would be filed for me and the rebate would come in a couple months. This was October 2023. I called multiple times and got no answer. Finally Greener Homes (government rebate) reached out saying the paperwork was started but not completed, and to see if I could contact McCormick Energy. I then tried again, as I had been for months, and all phone numbers were disconnected. I contact the head sales representative at Ainger to see if they could do/communicate anything and my message went ignored.I VERY HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. If I could've given 1/2 star I would have....
