Ms. Maria Ramos is exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the roofing products, installation process, timeline, and warranties. The company uses high-end Owens Corning products, yet their pricing was surprisingly reasonable. In fact, their very first itemized quote was the most competitive among the five estimates I received. In October of 2024 a series of unfortunate events happened in my life which included my roof being damaged by hurricane Milton. Not long after, Susana and Yarlon knocked on my door, offering help and answers. The whole entire process was simply explained and Susana helped me every step of the way, going above and beyond. I received the utmost care and compassion in my whole entire process. The roofing team was highly professional and efficient. Despite encountering setbacks do to rain, they were determined to get the job done. Alejandro the project manager kept giving me updates throughout the project and then explained everything with great detail once completed.
