They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.

Their knowledge and expertise really stood out — you can tell they truly know what they’re doing. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines skill with genuine care for their customers, but Ajax Roofing absolutely does. They took the time to explain all different options and educated us on each. We felt very well informed and comfortable with the decisions we made.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Caleb during our roofing experience. Caleb was very thorough and extremely kind, even noticed how poorly vented our fan was and made sure it was fixed and checked the other one. The roofing team were true stars, so clean, so efficient, they even rescued my sons foam rocket that he lost on the roof and left it at the door for him. We also have 3 dogs, they were very patient with letting me take them out for bathroom breaks. Thank you Ajax Roofing for a great experience and great quality!!

We had a roof leak that needed immediate attention and honestly didn’t know where to start. I called two roofing companies. one never returned my call, and the other wanted $375 just to come out.

Then I came across an ad for Ajax Roofing. I left a message at 6:00 am, and by 9:30 am, Travis called me back. He came to my house that same afternoon, provided a quote, and we agreed on a plan. By noon the next day, the repair was complete.

Travis and his team were fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution, and executed it seamlessly within 24 hours. They even shared before-and-after photos of the work, which gave me total peace of mind.

Travis and his team replaced our roof. From beginning to end the experience was wonderful. They had many different shingles to choose from and we were very happy with our choice. Any questions were answered fully and immediately. Most importantly they honoured their deadline. They thoroughly cleaned up our property and put everything back where they found it. They also followed up the next day to check on the work and for any missed debris. We are very satisfied with Ajax Roofing's work and professionalism.
