I originally hired this company to replace some gutters. First, before giving an estimate they inspected all the gutters and sent pictures of what needed replacing with the estimate. The team that came and did the work were very professional and left the area cleaner than before. While replacing the gutters they noticed that most of the flashings on the roof needed replacement. Again pictures were sent with the estimate and photos of the repairs were included in the invoice. Excellent work.

Adam and his crew fitted in a very necessary roof repair which was stressing us out to no end. We have had some unfortunate experiences with contractors in the past. I am an architectural designer very well versed in construction. I hired Adam and his team for both my home and a multi unit renovation project. He was always enthusiastic and eager to help as mentioned in several of the reviews.

I hired him not because he was the least expensive but because he stated he could have the project completed in a matter of weeks. He started all the projects last summer. He more or less completed my home in December and his posted photo of The genie being promised from a parking lot in mid winter was because he never finished that job so we had him remove his equipment.

I hel back 5% of a $60,000 contract because of all the deficiencies and lack of confidence in his work. He had roofers install my siding and landscapers install the siding in my project.

Though he assured me one of the new roofs was installed properly, when he came to inspect the leaking, he concluded it was in fact not and that he fired the subs and redid it. Several.pieces have fallen off on several occasions on three different wall faces. Water is dripping behind the fascia between the gutters and behindvthe windows. The list goes on and given he refuses to honor the warranty unless I pay the final 5% my only recourse is small claims court.

I have posted pictures to demonstrate the issues and the constant mess on my property for months.
