I had a serious issue with blocked roof pipes that left me without heating for more than 24 hours. I reached out to Ryan, and in less than two hours he was at my house, even cancelling another appointment to help me urgently. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive.
After his initial visit, he didn’t just disappear. He continued to follow up with text messages when my heating was still not back on. The remaining issue turned out to be ice accumulation in the pipes in the attic, and Ryan went above and beyond by sharing advice and tips from his network and experience, which all contributed to resolving the problem.

Ryan did an excellent job fixing the missing shingles, even in extremely cold conditions where it felt like -36°C. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and didn’t rush the job despite the brutal weather. Very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting it done right. Ryan is very trustworthy, professional and takes pride in his work. Fair pricing, very responsive both before and after the job was done. I have a large metal roof with a steep slope. Am super pleased with how it turned out. I would use him again…unfortunately roofs when done right, don’t get repeat business…so I strongly encourage anyone reading this to give Ryan a call; you will not be disappointed.
