He went above and beyond to work with our insurance company and made sure we were taken care of and pointed out areas that the insurance company was not going to cover and ended up getting insurance to cover more. Richard and his team are top notch and we highly recommend them. We solicited multiple contractors for roof replacement estimates. Richard showed up the same day on time, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, provided a competitive estimate and was a pleasure to work with. After signing the contract, Richard communicated with me just about every day as to when product was arriving and when his team would be here. His team did an great job and were in and out in a single day.
