Best choice roofing provided poor service. Our experience with them was terrible. I will not recommend them to anyone. Despite of our asking for black shingles they applied a black/grayish and then attempted to install gutters that were different from what we asked for, which also were black. They seem to over book roofing jobs and have poor communication. However the roofing crew were amazing and easy to work with, they were very respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did efficient work. The contractor's/office were the one's who ordered the wrong materials and wasn't so great at showing skills of customer service.
They did a good job on my roof and also I received a large deduction on my insurance due to the 30 year shingle. The workers were professional and polite and their clean up was exceptional.UPDATE: NEW INFO: Avoid this company. After 8 months of completing my roof and being paid in full they start sending me text message that I owe more money. How do companies get away with this??? Pick a roofer that actually gives you a quote and sticks with it. This company does not!!2nd UPDATE: Now they have left long intimidating voice mails for more $$$. We are now 9 months out of completed work and their final payment. Milking me for more. Are they targeting their senior citizens for more $$.?Sure looks that way. Easy prey! I would stay as far away as possible from this company. Get a company that will give you a written quote and stick with it with written and agreed upon change orders if necessary. This is not the one!!!!!!
Shamez was wonderful, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with me! He explained everything in detail even if he had to repeat himself. The work was completed when promised and well done, the crew didn't leave one nail behind. I would highly recommend Best Choice Roofing.
I actually told this company literally don't replace my roof. I told them I would be a horrible customer because I had previous experience in the construction industry and had knowledge of roofing and that it would be in their best interest not to bid on my roof or do the work. They insisted they would do a great job and they did. I live in an older home and all of the shingles had to be removed along with a 70-year-old layer of wood shingles. The roof then had to be properly decked before the new roof could even be put on. My roof has a terribly difficult pitch along with angles and of course since the house is 80 years old nothing is straight. They did an excellent job! The communication was perfect, the crew that did the work was fast and efficient, and the cleanup was shockingly great. I think I might have found two nails and a couple of pieces of debris. How in the world they got this so clean is beyond me. They didn't tear up any of my trees, bushes, plants or yard I mean honestly I didn't have anything to complain about and I really wanted to. If they can do my roof as their customer, they should surely be able to get your roof done without any issues. Plus they really went to bat and hammered my insurance company to get us as much money as possible!
People were friendly and easy to work with. Workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves, like they hadn't even been there. Very satisfied with Best Choice Roofing and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Thank You!
