I had a roof replaced by them in 2020...Fast forward to now. We now have soft spots in our roof and black mold beginning to form in our attic. We contacted them about a month ago and they sent out an inspector ( Jim Riley) and he said that they installed too thin of a "base" layer. We have yet to hear back from them since. Over 10 phone calls to their office. They always say they'll get back to us but have yet to do so. They say they have a lifetime workmanship warranty but don't stand behind their word at all.. I personally would look for another roofing company if your going to do any roofing work. UPDATE..it's been over a month and no changes. Not even a retun call.
We had a great experience with Premier Roofing. From the initial inspection through completion, their team was easy to work with and very professional. Cooper worked directly with our insurance company and was clear on his communication of what to expect.We were impressed that the roof was completed prior to Thanksgiving, ahead of the colder weather. The job took just one day, and the crew worked fast, did great quality work and left our property clean.Cooper kept us informed throughout the process and Jim (site lead) and Alfredo (crew lead) were fantastic!We are very satisfied with the entire team and would definitely recommend Premier Roofing!

We always knew exactly what was happening and the following through was exceptional.The crew was fast and efficient without sacrificing quality - the work looks fantastic. When our insurance company initially claimed the damage didn’t meet the deductible, Cody didn’t hesitate to step in and advocate for us. He coordinated directly with the adjuster and even met him at our home to walk through the damage, ensuring everything was properly recognized.Exceptional service, high-quality work, and a team that truly stands behind their customer’s. I would recommend Cody and Pyramid to everyone!
We were solicited at our front door one day that’s clearly marked with “Please No Soliciting”. My husband answered anyway and let Langdon deliver his pitch and allowed him to conduct an inspection and put together an estimate. My husband liked their sales pitch and after receiving the estimate, and deciding on colors, he decided to go with Premier Roofing to remove the old roof shingles and wrap and replace with a new one. They had an opening far sooner than originally thought and took a day and a half to remove and install. It was done on a couple of the hottest days of the summer so kudos to the workers for undertaking this task. Clean up was good, found shingles in tree limbs that didn’t make it to the ground and a few nails on the back deck. It took about ten days for the leftover supplies to be picked up from our driveway. My only complaint and STILL not corrected over two months after the fact, is how they wrapped the flashing so far up underneath the overhang of the four gable cornice returns. The two pieces were not cut very straight or nicely at all. It should’ve been trimmed straighter and closer to the inside corner so it wouldn’t stand out so much (black on white is VERY obvious). I addressed this issue with Landon TWICE who seemed to try to convince me that it doesn’t look that bad but agreed it could’ve been done better. None the less, the company doesn’t believe it needs to correct this issue in a timely manner and quoted it could take a few months for them to get around to it or I believe, that I’d forget about it. But I don’t, as I’m reminded everyday leaving or pulling into the driveway. So I wait. Maybe one day I can update this review with a more positive experience once completed.

Even when unexpected storms rolled in during the project, they made sure my home was protected—no leaks at all. Once the weather cleared, they came back and completed the roof installation perfectly.Cooper and Alan were outstanding throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they were incredibly professional and respectful. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth.If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality roofing company that truly cares about their work and their customers, I highly recommend them!
