Luis and Gustavo at True Grit were wonderful to work with. Their communications was excellent.They provided a very detailed quote for the services we requested, along with annotated photos to illustrate their plans and suggestions. They were very patient and gave thorough answers to all of my questions. I felt like they were very knowledgeable about what repairs were needed for my roof and I trusted their recommendations.They completed the repairs and provided photos of all of the steps of their work and the final product. If I need roof repairs in the future I would definitely call these guys again.
Great experience with this group! We brought 3 contractors in to get an idea of what the project would cost and after evaluating our options, the price for the product was very good with True Grit. Ben was very helpful, communicative, and professional. The crews were fast and took care of our property. It was really nice to get pictures and video of the project as it progressed and appreciate the transparency on plywood replacement.Overall I would absolutely recommend True Grit. True Grit lives up to its high ratings.I contacted the company to have my gutters re-pitched and to install leaf guards. Ben came out quickly to provide a quote, and the price was very competitive compared to other estimates I received.When the crew arrived and got up on the ladders, they discovered additional damage to my gutters. Instead of simply re-pitching them, they recommended a full replacement. What really impressed me was their integrity—because the damage wasn’t caught during the initial quote, they replaced the gutters at no additional cost. This would normally have been about $500 more, but they honored their original estimate.That level of honesty is rare. True Grit is an honorable company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. True Grit installed a new roof and gutters on our home last fall. They were amazing to work with and did a great job. The installers showed up on time each day…actually they showed up early even before first light and had everything prepped and ready to go!
