To be honest I usually expect the worst when hiring for home repairs because I have been burned by lazy crews before. However the team at Nema Roofing Repair changed my mind pretty quickly. Mike was very straightforward about what needed to be done immediately and what could wait another year or two. There was no high pressure hovering or weird hidden fees when the bill came. It is refreshing to find a company that just does the job they promised for the price they quoted without any drama.

My home is 42 yrs old, and had 2 layers of roofing, the original roof and the 2nd roof that we had installed at the 20 year timeframe. We had a couple of leaks in a couple of places the last several months. I interviewed 4 roofing companies, and it wasn't even close. We talked extensively with Thomas, he listened to what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked for. At every phase of this project, he was on time and they cleaned up after each day of work. He is very competitive, his workers were respectful of our property. We are extremely happy with the work and they charged us a fair price.

We had a nightmare scenario with a different roofing company in Oxnard recently so I was watching Thomas like a hawk when he took over the project. He actually took the time to explain the flashing details and why the previous guys failed which made me feel a lot more comfortable with the price. The crew worked through the heat for two solid days to get the replacement done. Thomas kept me updated on the progress every few hours and the actual craftsmanship on the ridges looks tight and professional.
