Castro Roofing did an excellent job reroofing my home. They replaced four skylights, built a cricket behind the fireplace, and rebuilt two dormers with great skill. Kai, the project manager, was hands-on, friendly, and professional throughout the process. The roofing crew worked hard, were polite, and made sure to pay close attention to every detail. Clarence and the crew repaired the fascia on my patio, took care of some cracked roof tiles that my insurance found, and recently handled a roof leak in one of my bedrooms right away. i had a really positive experience with castro roofing when i needed gutter guards installed around my roof. after a neighbor recommended them, i reached out and quickly received a detailed estimate that clearly explained what would be included in the job. they were very communicative and let me know they would fit me in as soon as possible, especially since roofing companies can get busy during rainy periods. within just a few days, they called back and scheduled the installation. clarence came out and handled the project professionally. the work took almost two days, but everything was finished just in time for the next big rainstorm. clarence took the time to explain what was done, pointing out where he added extra gutter protection and even resealed some minor leaks he found along the way. overall, i found the service to be reliable, the crew knowledgeable, and the pricing fair for the quality provided.

We had a roofing crew come out to replace the roofs on our two outbuildings. Since these buildings were pretty small, we expected the job to be quick and simple. However, once the team started working, they discovered that the previous owners had stacked five layers of roofing on our backyard studio! Clarence and his crew had to remove each layer by hand, which made the project much more challenging and turned it into a two-day job. After the initial work, we noticed that the area around the skylights on the studio looked a bit uneven because of all the old layers. We reached out to the company to share our concerns, and just a couple of days later, the owner personally called us to discuss a solution. The roofing team came back the same day and redid that section at no extra cost. We really appreciate their professionalism and the pride they take in their work. The team was hardworking and made sure everything was done right, even when the job was tougher than expected. If you need a roofer in California, I highly recommend them—excellent service and great results! 10/10 would use them again.
