Western Pacific Roofing Corporation

Western Pacific Roofing Corporation: Kevin Green, Residential Superintendent Thank you (Kevin, Joe, and Manuel) for our patio roof that your licensed roofing company professionally completed and exceeded our expectations. Your estimate was lower than we expected for all the work that needed to be completed: Permits obtained and city inspection were scheduled. Installed additional beams to meet engineering structural specifications. Removal of existing lattice/slats and disposal of all materials. Installed six large dome skylights. Installed custom-made gutters. Respectful of our property and the work area was cleaned after each day. A special thanks to the office administrators (Kim and Lily) who took care of all the paper work and answered all our questions. Have a great new year and make all your new customers as happy as we are!

I had an excellent experience with Western Pacific Roofing for a roof repair at my home. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding, the first call to the Secretary and Salesman , to the last call from the superintendent. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had and ensuring I understood what was being done on my home. Their professionalism was obvious, from the thorough inspection to the careful and efficient work they performed. The crew was respectful, and worked diligently to complete the repair on time . I'm beyond satisfied with the results and the peace of mind knowing my roof is in top shape for the years to come. If you're in Palmdale and need roof repairs, I highly recommend Western Pacific Roofing—they truly stand out for their quality and customer service

If you want the job done right the first time call Western Pacific. We had our roof redone using the old tiles, it has never looked so good. From the start dealing with JT getting estimates on repair and redo, it was painless and professional. The 2 roofers that came out are Manual and Jose Hernandez. We can't say enough about these guys, Professional, Clean and highly skilled. The job site was clean and was checked for nails everyday. We have used Western over the years for repairs, and they always stand by their work and are always there. They maybe expensive but you get what you pay for, so if you want the job done right, the first time, this is the company you want.
