A few days ago I started noticing a water spot on my ceiling that continued to grow in size so I started calling area roofing companies to have someone come take a look, but after 3 different local companies could not send anyone until the week after Christmas I was ready to give up. A friend referred Hammer Down Roofing to me so in a last ditch effort, I gave them a call. I spoke with Matt the owner of the company and explained the situation. He told me he could have someone out first thing the next morning. That sounded a whole lot better than the week after Christmas so we agreed to let Hammer Down come have a look. After I got off the phone with Matt it couldn’t have been 30 minutes later that I recieved a return call from Matt saying that he could make it out TODAY if that worked for me. Matt came and had a look and had located a small puncture hole in that looked to be from a fallen branch during a storm, that was causing water to enter our home. Matt got us fixed up until he could send his crew over for repairs after Christmas. Thank you Hammer Down Roofing for the exceptional customer service and response time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
