Ortega & Sons Roof Repair

our experience with Ortega & Sons Roof Repair was fantastic from start to finish. it's not easy these days to find such great customer service, but they really delivered. communication was clear and quick the whole time. after a strong wind storm damaged our roof, we reached out for a bid and they responded right away. Kaden came over promptly, checked out the roof, and gave us a detailed proposal for the replacement. after we decided to move forward, they arrived the same day to patch things up properly—no temporary tarps, just solid repairs—so we wouldn't have to worry about leaks or more damage. it really showed that they cared about our peace of mind. throughout the whole process, we were kept updated on every step of the job. within a few weeks, the new roof was finished, with only a slight delay because of the weather. they also made sure our gutters were replaced by coordinating with another crew, which was super helpful. when a hail storm came through, we called to ask for a quick check-up. Antonio got back to us by lunchtime, letting us know everything was still in great shape. these guys really are the best around. we'll definitely be recommending them to all our friends and neighbors!

We recently had a fantastic experience with our roofing and exterior remodeling project. Antonio, the exterior specialist, helped us every step of the way—he guided us through choosing the right roof shingle colors, siding, window trim, fascia, soffits, and even shakes to match our home's style. His professionalism and deep knowledge of roofing materials and installation made the whole process smooth and stress-free. As someone with years of experience in home building, I've worked with many roofing subcontractors over the years, but this team always stands out for their high-quality work and fair pricing. I have never been disappointed with their craftsmanship, and I've noticed that their reputation has only grown stronger over time. If you want a reliable roofer in New Jersey who delivers great service and lasting results, I highly recommend this company. You'll be the happy homeowner who can say, “I never had a single problem with my roofer!”

i had a great experience working with this roofing company when i needed a new roof for my older home. my house has a unique roof style, but kaden and giovanni really helped me choose the right shingles and protective underlayment for it. they explained everything clearly and got a crew together quickly. the team worked efficiently, even on a really hot day, and finished my two-story roof in just one day. they made sure to clean up all the roofing debris afterwards, which was awesome. overall, this roofing company really knows their stuff and gives top-notch service!

After getting estimates from three different roofing companies, we chose Ortega & Sons Roof Repair to replace our old roof. From the first visit with Antonio, we felt confident about our decision because of the clear, detailed estimate and helpful communication provided by the project manager, Kaden. Throughout the project, Kaden kept us updated and was always ready to answer any questions. The roofing crew arrived on time every day, were respectful, and kept the area tidy after each day’s work. Their professionalism and skill really stood out, especially during the removal of the old roof and installation of the new one. We were also impressed with their positive attitude and the care they took inside our home while installing a solar tube. The team also installed new insulation, gutter guards, two new skylights, and additional solar tubes, which really brightened up the darker rooms in our house. The entire process went smoothly, and the finished roof looks fantastic. We are very satisfied with the high-quality workmanship, strong work ethic, and the excellent results. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing roofing services.

Ortega & Sons Roof Repair recently replaced our old roof in Paterson. From the start, the team was quick to respond and always helpful whenever we had questions. Mateo, who came out to give us an estimate, made us feel comfortable and confident about the whole process. The crew finished the entire job in just one day, removing the old shingles and installing the new ones without any problems. They were very careful around our garden and yard furniture, making sure nothing was damaged. After they finished, they cleaned up so well that it looked just like it did before they arrived. The quality of the new roof is excellent, and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing roofing work in the area.
