Robinson Brothers Roof Repair

The team that installed our new roof and gutters did a fantastic job. I even had a friend, who has a lot of experience with construction projects, stop by and he was really impressed with the quality of the work, even just looking from the ground. Patrick, our sales rep, returned after the job was finished to inspect everything—he climbed up on the roof, took photos, and made sure all the details were up to standard. There were a few wires and screws left on the driveway, but Patrick brought out a metal detector and made sure everything was cleaned up properly. Overall, very happy with the service and attention to detail. If you need roofing work in Pawtucket, I highly recommend them.

I used Robinson Brothers Roof Repair to have my roof, fascia, and gutters replaced at my home in Pawtucket, and I honestly can't praise them enough! What started as a necessary project turned into a smooth and stress-free experience. Bruce was always patient and kept in touch, never pushing or rushing me while I sorted out some other repairs first. When I was finally ready, the team worked around my schedule and finished the job quickly, with excellent craftsmanship. The communication was clear and personal the whole way through. I would recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roof work.

When I was searching for a roofing contractor in Pawtucket, I checked online reviews and found one company with an excellent rating. After giving them a call, they set up a time to come by and provide us with a quote. We had already received a quote from another roofer, but it seemed unusually high. When Patrick came out for the inspection, he was straightforward and explained exactly what our roof needed and what wasn’t necessary. Their estimate was much more reasonable, so we decided to go with them. They even helped us handle all the paperwork with our HOA. I just sent them the form, they had us sign, and then they took care of submitting it for us and kept us in the loop the whole time. The approval process was quick and easy. Patrick scheduled a crew to start work the following week, and the job only took about two and a half days. Each day, the team made sure to clean up thoroughly, so we never had to worry about loose nails or debris. They also took care to move or cover items like our security camera to keep everything protected. Coming home at the end of each day, we could see the progress and were really pleased. Not only did we get a brand new roof, but they also replaced the old, rotted fascia and soffit boards. We are very satisfied with the whole crew and would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof work in Pawtucket.
