If you’re in Silver Lakes or Miramar and need a roof, stop reading other reviews — just call Rockstar. I had a full metal reroof done as part of a solar project. The price on the final invoice matched the proposal exactly. They dealt with the solar company I hired without complaint (and trust me they could’ve). The crew kept everything staged on the driveway like they said, cleaned up every single day, and were respectful the whole time white glove from start to finish. no surprises, no drama. What impressed me most is they know Miramar permitting and the Silver Lakes HOA process like they’ve done it a hundred times. Zero delays on the permit side OR HOA. Seriously this is unheard of. Silverlakes is a nightmare of an HOA to deal with. Communication is over WhatsApp which was surprising to me at first but worked beautifully, and they worked with me on each step like a well oiled machine. They also left the fascia and facade of my home better than they found it. Nobody asked. They just did it. Hiring them is genuinely turnkey. If you’re on the fence, you’re not. JUST HIRE ROCKSTAR

We had a great experience with Rockstar Roofing for our roof replacement. Troy was extremely thorough with the initial consultation after looking over the roof, and he provided a very detailed explanation of the work to be done and the foreseeable costs. The initial investment was actually lower than I thought it was going to be, and even after adjusting for materials, the final cost wasn't even $2k more than the initial investment. It was nice having an accurate pricing going in so there were no surprises. The work was done quickly, and they do clean up after, including running a magnet for nails, which was important to me because I have pets. They are extremely communicative, professional, and friendly. They will keep you informed on every single step of the process. I would recommend them for any roof work you need done.

I had my second roofing project completed with Rockstar Roofing today, and they truly live up to their name — they are absolute rockstars! They are, without a doubt, the most professional contractor I have ever worked with, and they have the most incredible crew. From the workers on-site to the office support staff, communication was excellent every step of the way. Starting with the initial quotation, detailed explanations, HOA approvals, and city permits — they walked us through the entire process and kept us informed throughout. The installation process took just three days from start to finish. Each day, a different specialized crew arrived — from demolition to material loading to tile installation. At one point, there were 10 workers on-site, working continuously and efficiently to deliver a pitch-perfect result. I especially want to mention one crew member who spent the entire day picking up debris to ensure everything stayed tidy. She was even scrubbing tar off the driveway with alcohol whenever there was a drop. That level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. A huge shout-out to her!
