JLC Roofing did some warranty work on a roof leak that caused water damage to my guest bathroom. They were supposed to run a water test before dry wallers came but they finished earlier than they thought. Josh came and said he would get on the roof and take another look anyways. I appreciated that. He moved a bunch of tiles just make sure the work was done correctly and to his satisfaction. He spent a lot of time up there. He said everything looked good.I asked him about another issue I was having just to get his opinion. He got his ladder back out and got on the roof again just to see if he could see anything! Again he moved some tiles to check, and even made some adjustments with a vent just to make sure that wasn’t the problem.Josh easily spent another hour trying to help me problem solve! He went way above and way beyond what he was scheduled to do. Bottom line is he didn’t have to get on the roof once, much less twice! I’ve honestly never had customer service like this! It’s good to know there’s still good people and businesses that truly care about their customers. Josh is obviously a good person and has integrity!If I ever have anything that needs to be done on or with my roof, I’m calling JLC for sure because I know they will do good work, but more importantly, they are quality people!Forever indebted!
Horrible workmanship. Almost every home in our community of over 700 brand new homes has had some sort of leak in one way, shape or form from their work. My home has a $2k repair need after just over three years. My neighbor has had 9 leaks in three years. Avoid at all costs.
We had a terrible experience with JLC Roofing. They actually made our roof leak worse than it was before. After their last “fix,” we had water pouring into our house — the entire kitchen and downstairs bathroom flooded. It was an absolute disaster. The situation ended up far worse than when we started. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
I had the pleasure of having my roof replaced by JLC with the guidance and assistance of Josh Rivera. I never thought I would say "had the pleasure of having my roof replaced" but Josh handled everything from the first day estimate to picking up the check when the job was complete. Josh explained the process and everything happened exactly as he described. The crew that did the actual roofing were polite and at the end of everyday they cleaned up completely around the entire house. I do not think the job could have gone any smoother. To be clear I have zero association with anyone at JLC I simply called them from an ad on the radio. I had other companies provide me estimates but I was most comfortable with Josh and JLC.
Matt and his team were great to work with. They removed our old roof and installed the new roof in 2 days. Out of four companies, they gave me the best bid. We are very satisfied with their work. The roof looks great. I would definitely recommend JLC Roofing if you need your roof fixed or replaced.
