What impressed us: Adam’s thorough inspection of the roof and crawl spaces. Using video and pictures to explain what he saw giving us information that we were not aware of. His followup to see if we had any questions. The courtesy, professionalism, information from the scheduling team. On the day of repairs the team leader introduce himself, advised repair duration, and kept us informed on the progress. A very straight forward satisfying experience.
Fast and professional. Our roof was installed in about a week and a half after first scheduling over the phone with Abby at Bliss on Thursday. The roof inspector, Brian came the next Thursday and pointed out necessary repairs noted in the attic and roof and provided material options and quotes based on what we selected. Tuesday the Install Manager, Quinton came and did his own walkthrough to prepare for the job. Wednesday morning the project started at 07:00 and was finished by 12:00. Our roof is 73-feet by 36-feet. Everyone was nice and professional, Abby, Brian, Quinton, and the foreman on the day of installation. They communicate promptly and well, giving a thorough explanation of their processes and also when they found more roof sheathing needing to be replaced. They ask, "Do I need to take off my shoes in your house?" "Before I block your garage, do you need to get a car out?" "Is there anything outside that you want us to be especially careful with?" And they do a good job picking up after the job.
The worker arrived on time and provided me with photos of the work done when completed. The new shingles matched the existing ones and the repair is barely noticeable. I highly recommend Bliss Roofing!
The Bliss Roofing replaced the roofs on both our home and shop building and were professional, competent, and efficient from the estimate through the clean-up! Justin, the estimator, went up on the roofs and into the attics and took photos to show us, and made thoughtful and knowledgeable recommendations, which were then implemented by Ramon, the crew leader, and Cesar and Daniel, the project managers. The entire crew worked together as an efficient and coordinated team and completed both roofs in 2 1/2 long days. Finally, their cleanup at the end of the job was very thorough. We would highly recommend the Bliss team for their knowledge, experience, and skill at solving any roofing problems!
Bliss Roofing has repaired my roof, and my clients’ roofs for many years, always with a smile. This year, I needed to have my roof replaced and Stephanie went out of her way to help me with a warranty claim on my old shingles with no guarantee or expectation of using them when the time came. Stephanie did all the leg work for over six months for free, sending people to take photos of my roof twice to satisfy the warranty claim. I wanted to share this so you know Bliss Roofing cares about their clients’ first, before there is anything in it for them. They never once pressured me into getting a new roof with them.This week, I had my roof replaced by Bliss Roofing. What a wonderful experience it has been! On Monday, Eduardo, Oscar, and crew showed up on time but it rained so hard I asked them to postpone it to Wednesday, which they happily agreed to with no issues.On Wednesday, Eduardo and team removed all the old shingles and cleaned up their work area before leaving.On Thursday, the new shingles arrived around 8:10 am, and Cesar showed up to make sure the crew had everything they needed. Eduardo and team stayed late and had most of the shingles put up before retiring for the evening.On Friday, Eduardo hooked up all my bathroom fans and finished the job by 11 am, leaving my property cleaner and nicer than before they slowed up.I was so impressed with how thoughtful and respectful Eduardo and his team were to my property. My new roof looks amazing! I’m so happy with Bliss Roofing that I already recommended my friend Peter to them. The amazing service from everyone at Bliss Roofing, including Les, James, Alex, and Kevin, absolutely blew me away!!!! 1000% recommend to anyone!
