Reviews
What customers say
Positive comments praise clear, professional communication and efficient on-site work, and one customer was pleased with the result of a steel-shingle roof. Negative accounts include a rude staff interaction and a separate project complaint about extra costs despite a clear initial description, communication problems and no follow-up for months. That reviewer said the problem was resolved only a year later, without clear acknowledgement.

5-star service!
I highly recommend Toitures Québec. Their communication is clear and professional from start to finish. The on-site team is competent and efficient... really on point! The work is impeccable, the quote was followed to the letter, and I am very satisfied with the result. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
Karine Michaud
Difficult communication. Extra costs despite clear initial explications of the work wanted. No follow-up on problems until months later. They wanted payment before checking that the work was properly done. Overall, I think the work was properly done, but the communication was so problematic for a respectable company and there was never a clear acknowledgement of that. Problem was resolved only a year later.
