Thanks Carl and Terence, two fearless roof snow removal experts! Great job, with photos at the end. They were very kind and took the time to carefully choose the best spot to dump the snow with us. Excellent work, done with a smile: that's rare these days!

Subject: Thank you for Michel's excellent service
Hello,
I would like to thank you for the excellent service we received from your employee, Michel, during his visit to our home.
We initially thought the water leak was coming from the roof, but Michel took the time to verify the exact source. Thanks to his attentiveness and professionalism, he identified that the leak was actually coming from a broken pipe. Furthermore, he found a way to divert the water into a bucket to minimize the damage, even though he wasn't required to do so. This gesture was greatly appreciated and demonstrates his commitment to customer service and dedication.
I would also like to highlight the professionalism and courtesy of your receptionist: these days, it's rare to encounter someone so pleasant and ready to help from the very first call.
Thank you again for your excellent service. We will not hesitate to recommend Toiture R. Martin to our friends and family.
Sincerely,
Frédérique Sabourin
