Highly recommended. We had a roof leak due to Lennar's ever last quest to become the worst builder in the triangle. Called Butch, he was at my house in less than an hour. Not only did he diagnose the roof leak but also identified several other issues that could've become serious problems. One day later, all fixed. To top it off, the price for the repairs was beyond reasonable. The cherry on top? Butch identified a few other areas that needed repaired and just fixed them. The original roofer (NC Exteriors, who is long gone) failed to install the correct shingles along the storm gutter area on the rear of the house, and G3 informed me of that issue after years of patch ups due to falling shingles and so many missing shingle replacements. G3 got it fixed the right way.

We realized we had a leak during a recent winter storm with much more winter weather in the forecast.
