As part of recent fire damage in Altadena, we needed two roofs replaced—our main house plus the back garage roof. Everyone was a joy to work with, … the contract arrangements (with Jackie) and the project management (Moises) and the foreman (Mario). We had a particularly tricky chimney cricket requirement (for waterproofing), and the team did an amazing job on that. The work was done exactly on schedule, and the outcome is that the roof is great! Very pleased with Reliance, and our neighbors are now enlisting Reliance as well.
Horrible customer service and scheduling. We were paired with them via Tesla for the removal of solar equipment, only to be notified they wouldn't show up for the service more than twice and only a few minutes before and after each appointment; once due to "rain" that was never forecasted, and second time less than 30 minutes before the appointment's time -- after it was raining for two days straight. Nevertheless, had to take time off work and put up with their "no-shows." Utterly unreliable.***Update***Once the team showed up, it only turned worse - on day one the team showed up 30 minutes late and without all the material for the repairs, requiring them to come back again.On day two - the team showed up 3 hours late without so much as a phone call, text, or email - our time meant nothing to them.On day three - the team showed up again almost an hour late, with a promise to finish as scheduled that day. Then, notified us they needed to come back for the additional day due to all of their prior delays.On day four, Saturday, they promise to show up at 7 to allow us to continue with weekend plans, only to show up at 12 pm and not leave until almost 6 pm.Absolutely ridiculous management and even poorer execution. Needless to say, we were lied to throughout the process, to cover for their incompetencies.
I was a General Contractor that specialized in waterproofing for multifamily communities HOA's and Apartments. Jaime and his team worked with me on a few projects and they were fantastic to work with. From scheduling the inspections with Jackie and her ability to communicate and understand the associations needs to Jaime completing the inspection along with a quick turn around time on proposals it made the decision to work with them very easy. While the project was being produced their team of staff in the field was able to provide the daily updates needed for me to convey to our customers.I appreciated all that Reliance and their team did on my projects.

I had a leak in my roof and my friend told me about Reliance Roofing and how great they were so I called them. Jaime was very helpful and professional. They came out and gave me the 3rd best price. I went with them and I'm glad I did. They ended up doing a great and fast job so I hired them to do some attic ventilation work and to fix my gutters. A++ job!!!
