We had BHR replace all of the roofs on our buildings at OneHeart. Not only was the work done well, we had an incident with a roof worker cat-calling one of my employees. While this is never acceptable behavior, the fact that we serve many survivors of SA on our campus made this exceptionally inappropriate because we have created an environment where mental safety is as important as physical safety. When I called the owner to report this, he addressed it immediately. Would definitely hire again!
