We discovered a leak in our skylight caused by our recent windstorm. I searched for what I hoped to be a reputable local company, and am very happy to say I found it!! As I contacted Quality they responded back quickly, although apologizing for a slightly delayed response because they are busy with all of the repairs. Taylor came out and assessed what was needed and discussed my options. We decided to replace the skylight with a new one that even has a remote controlled blind built in. He ordered it right away, and my replacement came in within one week and the entire job was completed the next day!! Not only were they very respectful but completely honest with what I believe to be a very fair price!!My opinion would be if you need any work performed within their scope of expertise, call them!! You can trust this company to do the right thing!!
Chris and his team got to work within a week of me calling. I told them I had troubles with my last contractor and Chris came out, did the inspection and wrote up a extremely reasonable quote. He answered all my questions, and they got the roof and soffit done in less than week. The gutters took a little longer only because they had to wait for them to arrive. As soon as they came in, they were installed. Everything looks great and is solid. I will be contacting Quality Roofing again for work needing done. Thank you.
I have worked with Taylor the owner of the company now for over eight years. He is very dependable, great service, easy to work with. He has even helped me with my insurance. I have everything from my roof replaced to damage from wind. He even came on New Year's Day to inspect the home.Excellent service. Excellent customer service.
