She is extremely knowledgeable about the business and did an amazing job working with my insurance. She was readily available, insightful, and reassuring. Hannah helped make the entire process understandable and financially feasible for me. I would strongly recommend talking with her before beginning any roofing project. I give her two thumbs up!
Terrible!! If they are not smart enough, or dont have the tools, or are not confident in their workers they should just say that instead of CONSTANLY saying "We will email you the quote" "I will call you and let you know what I find out" Absolutely terrible!!UPDATE: It took you 6 week and 4 lies before I got a quote and I NEVER said I could not afford it. The roof is fine I just want shingles instead of tin so there is ANOTHER lie.... and if you have been doing this for 15 years, why could you not figure out how to do a trailer house roof? You are just upset cause i made your little receptionist mad when I questioned everything she has said over the last 6 weeks.
