Elmer and his team did such a wonderful job. As soon as I contacted Elmer he became involved and took action immediately. He installed an emergency tarp as we dealt with insurance. Elmer came out regardless of time or day of the week. Extremely responsive and understanding. His team did an exceptional job replacing roof, installing gutters, cleaning up and protecting the areas. Elmer provided us with a very reasonable estimate, explained everything in details helping us understand the process. Super thankful for him, and would 100% recommend Top Tier Exteriors.

After I reached out to several local light installers and was blown off I posted on Facebook a few weeks back looking for recommendations on an installer for some Philips-Hue Festavia permanent outdoor lighting we purchased for our house - I was able to install the first floor but didn't quite trust myself on a huge ladder to hit the 2nd floor... and that's when I met Elmer. He commented and tagged his business, telling me he's a local businessman who would be interested in learning more. I called him the next day and he was on site within a few hours to do an inspection - while he was there I asked for pricing on a roof, gutters, and some other work that we need to get done on our detached garage and he was quick to jump on that as well.

Fast forward to now and we have a completed product that is clean, professional, and AMAZING in quality - my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with not only their attention to detail but the fact that Elmer and Sebastian worked so hard in the freezing cold to get these lights installed so meticulously - and the photos speak for themselves... In addition to the lighting they also fixed a piece of siding that had blown off overnight from the extreme winds we have experienced lately - truly they are a local team who care about their craft, and we can't wait to continue working with them on future projects.
