Had the VERY unfortunate pleasure recently of speaking with one of the owners, i think. She told me her name was Krystal. What a mess that was with her attitude and lack of customer service. My company certainly won't do business with this place after dealing with her bad attitude and lack of customer service. Word gets around with other contractors in Red Deer easily. Recently we discovered water issues / damage on the inside walls of our CARA building- Remstar Roofing was recommended to us and we are super impressed with how they addressed our concerns.
