Decided to use this company after being referred by a different contractor. I had 6 estimates done for a total roof replacement and they were almost the cheapest. The owner was very honest about what he expected on my 60+ year old house and didn't suggest fixes that weren't needed. Scheduling was out 3 to 4 months, which was comparable to the other company's that did estimates. When tear off started, the roofers were respectful of noise early in the morning. They finished up by noon everyday and cleaned up with a magnet and blower. The job took a bit longer than expected, but I was not surprised considering how old my house is. The job didn't feel rushed and when it was finished, it looked very nice. I was very happy with the quality of the roofing materials used and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new roof at a good price.
Great experience with Norcal. They were extremely easy to work with, had a competitive price and did a great job. Our roof looks really great!! All the guys were super nice and never seamed bothered by questions. We have a large roof so it took about a week to complete and Jay checked in with me every day to make sure I knew were they were at and that I was satisfied. They left the house clean and were always professional. I could tell they really wanted to make sure I was completely Happy. Could not recommend them more. Hopefully they are around in 25-30 years when I need to do this again :)
We really liked working with NorCal Roofing. When our roof got damaged in the big hail storm, we called a few places. Some didn't even call us back. When others came out, the acted like they were doing us a favor.I really liked NorCal right from the very begining. They called back right away and came over really quick.It was clear that they wanted to work with us and I felt like their price was super reasonable. Even better, they're timeline wasn't a year out. They even gave us a few shingle options to help determine the best price.We did have a couple of unforeseen issues with the roof during tearoff, so they informed us and rhey were really fair about the costs to fix it. They even came back by to check on a few things, just to make sure it was all perfect. Overall, it was a great experience. For something as expensive as a new roof, a great experience is what you want.
