Our roof shingles blew off during recent high winds. Although the roof was only 4 to 5 years old, it had been a poor installation.We had called a few roofing companies and settled on Platinum Roofing. What first impressed us was the level of communication. When we had questions, they answered very quickly.They worked with our insurance company and provided them with all the information that helped our adjuster decide we needed a full replacement.Platinum showed up when they said they would and let me tell you, they showed up to work. In a day when it has almost become normal to chase a contractor around trying to get work completed, it was such a relief to see people show up and get right to work.Their craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing. So many times, fit and finish is almost a side thought to just getting a job completed. Instead, Platinum made an amazing job with both speed and quality.When the job was completed, they took the time to ensure all nails, trash, and shingle trim were all picked up.I cannot say enough about them and how much we appreciate the work they did for us. My fascia got peeled off during recent wind storm. I tried a couple of other roofing companies but nobody answered but you guys did in the first call. They asked me to snap some photos and sent an estimate. They came ahead of scheduled repair which I likes since I don’t want further damage to happen. They did excellent job highly recommended! If see the bent fascia it’s because I chose not to replace the patterned once to save a bit of money lols
