This was the only roofing company in Reno to get back to me after my roof valley leaked in December. They were immediately available to give a free quote, followed up afterward (while I was waiting for my home insurance to approve) and scheduled the repair within a week of my call. Not only was the scheduling fast, they had an opening a few days prior and called for permission to fix it sooner. Roof was repaired by the time I got home from work that day and was so well done I wasn't even sure they came by. Pictures were sent of every angle before and after the repair and I was given an unexpected 2-year warranty. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!

Had contacted this Great Basin Roofing regarding their chemical treatment for shingles initially, but after inspection for wind damage to roof, by insurance company, decided to go with entire roof replacement. After three bid estimates, chose Great Basin Roofing for being most reasonable. Everyone I had contact with was pleasant and professional. Was given a date that the job would start and how long it would take. They showed up on the day scheduled and finished when stated. Area around house was cleaned up at the end of each day. Had some questions post installation that were addressed promptly. We are very satisfied with the roof replacement preformed by Great Basin Roofing.
