What a great service to our Reno/Sparks communities. Dillen was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Kind and courteous as well. Isaac also was professional and respectful. Both communicated well and kept the premises clean and protected. We felt that this service would be a better financial option for us. The estimate that Evan gave us was extremely thorough and explained everything. I was given many pictures that showed how the existing roof valley over the garage was not pitched accurately causing a pooling & leak into the garage. Working with Evan was easy & a pleasure, his customer service was outstanding!!When Victor and his team came out to do the repairs, they were very careful to cover areas where roof debris would be dropped, they cleaned up immaculately everywhere on the ground where they had worked noth days. Every step of the way, Victor kept me up to date on the repair progress. Additionally, his team ensured all alleys of the roof were removed of pine needles & debris. Victor inspected all vents to ensure they had the necessary silicone flashing to avoid further leaks.I highly recommend Mills Roofing for your repair/replacement roofing needs!!We felt we received a fair quote for a quality job for the roof repair.
