Anchor Roofing Repair

Anchor Roofing Repair did an outstanding job on our roof replacement. Dillon was friendly, honest, and very easy to work with from start to finish. He stayed responsive, professional, and helped guide us through the insurance part of the claim, which made the whole roofing process feel simple and stress-free. It took us some time to choose the right shingles and roofing materials, and he was patient the entire time. He answered our questions clearly, explained the options in simple terms, and helped us make the best decision for our home. The roofing crew worked efficiently on the tear-off and new roof installation. They were respectful, careful around the property, and did a very thorough cleanup of old roofing debris, nails, and leftover materials. When the job was done, the new roof looked excellent and the yard was left spotless. The workmanship, communication, and overall service were impressive, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

i highly recommend this roofing team. After a bad storm in Richmond, we had damage to the shingles, gutters, siding, and some windows. Unlike many roofers, sebastian not only handled the roof replacement but also helped coordinate the siding, painting, and window work, which made the whole project much easier. sebastian was easy to work with, and we had clear communication through every step of the job. i had used this team for another roofing project before and got the same great result. The workmanship was very professional, and the crew kept the site organized and safe. I got several estimates for a stone-coated steel shake roof and new gutters, and this company stood out. The pricing was fair, but what mattered most was the detailed roof inspection. dillon found a few important issues early, before the work started, so there were no unexpected surprises later. That gave me a lot of confidence in the process. The roofing job started on time, finished on schedule, and stayed within budget. The crew was skilled, respectful, and worked hard every day. isaiah also provided hands-on oversight and made sure the roof system, flashing, gutters, and other exterior details were done right. I strongly recommend them for roofing and related exterior repair work.
