He stayed responsive, professional, and helped guide us through the insurance part of the claim, which made the whole roofing process feel simple and stress-free. They later reached out and explained that they had not received my messages and did not know I was unhappy. Once they understood the situation, they handled it professionally and gave me a full refund for the work. I had been frustrated for a while because I felt like the service I paid for did not fully address the problem. After speaking with the team, I could see this was more of a communication miss than a lack of care. It is not common to see a roofing company step up, listen, and make things right, so I really appreciated that. The new gutter installation looks clean and well done, and the materials seem solid. In the end, the main issue appears to have been a clog in the drainage system that was not caught during the first visit. Even so, I was impressed with the follow-up customer service and the honest way they resolved everything. As someone familiar with how small businesses operate, I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, but what matters most is how the company responds. I appreciate that they took responsibility and worked to make the situation right.
