They were one of the quickest to respond to my online request, got back to me within a few hours, and came out the next day for a roof inspection and estimate. When they checked my roof leak, they found several issues I did not know were there, including damaged plywood and other trouble spots around the roofing system. I received several other estimates, but the other roofers did not catch all the problems, and their repair plans did not seem like they would deliver the same level of workmanship or long-term protection. The pricing was very fair and reasonable for the scope of the reroof and repairs. Throughout the whole project, communication was clear and consistent. Brian was professional, timely, and easy to work with, and the roofing crew was skilled and efficient. They removed the old roof, repaired the decking and other damaged areas, and installed the new roof in a very smooth timeline. The crew also did a great job cleaning up the property at the end of each day and after the work was completed. I was very pleased with the service, the quality of the roof work, and the overall experience.

We had an excellent full roof repair this summer. brian inspected the roof and found storm damage, including worn shingles and flashing issues, and explained that it needed a proper repair. Ultimate Roof Repair helped by encouraging me to move forward with the claim instead of waiting, completed the roof work with added upgrades to bring everything up to code, and worked directly with my insurance company so the whole process stayed easy and smooth. brian was also flexible and gave us time to choose the roof color with no high pressure sales at all. We are really happy with the top of the line Owens Corning deluxe shingles, and the installation was finished in one day. They even adjusted the schedule and brought in more crew to stay ahead of the weather and keep the job on track. I also spoke with melvin, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Our home in Richmond looks great now, and the new roofing system really stands out on the street. The crew showed up on time, kept the job site clean, communicated well, and made sure all the work was done right with no hidden charges. it was nice knowing there were no delays getting started, and we did not have to pay until the job was fully completed. i really appreciated the honesty, quality workmanship, and professional service. 5 stars.

our home's roof was in pretty bad shape and caused water to leak into two rooms. after calling around to different roofing companies in the area with not much luck, i finally reached a roofer who actually answered the phone right away. i explained the issues we were having and they set up a time to come out and give us a free estimate. on the scheduled day, brian and his crew showed up right when they said they would, inspected the roof, and took photos to show us exactly what needed to be fixed. they explained their plan to extend the life of our roof and also talked with us about adding a new skylight. their estimate was very close to the final price, which i appreciated. i called back the next morning to let them know we wanted to move forward, and they were able to start the very next day. brian and his team were friendly, worked efficiently, and made sure to answer all of our questions. they also cleaned up everything really well and even removed an old satellite and some other junk from the roof, which was a nice bonus. the new roof looks fantastic—it’s honestly a huge difference from before. i highly recommend this roofer to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company in the area.

After looking into a few options, we picked a local roofing company because of their commitment to using the best materials and up-to-date roofing techniques. Their reputation for quality control and making sure customers are happy really stood out to us. Melvin came out quickly to check out our roof and gave us a clear, reasonable estimate. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk us through the different roofing materials and their benefits, which helped us make the right choice for our home. The price was fair, too. On the day of the installation, the roofing crew arrived right on time. Brian, the site manager, was excellent—he kept us in the loop about the schedule and handled everything professionally, even when we had a short rain delay. I was impressed by how many photos the company takes during the installation to make sure quality and safety standards are met. The roofers worked extremely hard and managed to finish the job in just one day, even though it was originally planned for two. Brian made sure the crew was well taken care of and even brought them lunch. They took care to protect our plants around the house, and nothing was damaged. The clean-up was amazing—you’d never know a roofing crew had just been there, and Brian did a final walk-around to pick up any tiny leftover bits. Brian was also very patient and friendly with our curious 10-year-old, taking time to answer questions. When they found they were missing a few ridge shingles and couldn’t get more right away, they still made sure everything was covered and came back to finish the job as soon as possible. When it came time to pay, I went to their local office and was helped by a friendly and efficient staff member. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We will definitely use this roofing company again if we need any roofing work in the future!
