They were one of the quickest to respond to my online request, got back to me within a few hours, and came out the next day for a roof inspection and estimate. When they checked my roof leak, they found several issues I did not know were there, including damaged plywood and other trouble spots around the roofing system. I received several other estimates, but the other roofers did not catch all the problems, and their repair plans did not seem like they would deliver the same level of workmanship or long-term protection. The pricing was very fair and reasonable for the scope of the reroof and repairs. Throughout the whole project, communication was clear and consistent. Brian was professional, timely, and easy to work with, and the roofing crew was skilled and efficient. They removed the old roof, repaired the decking and other damaged areas, and installed the new roof in a very smooth timeline. The crew also did a great job cleaning up the property at the end of each day and after the work was completed.
