I called the company and they replied right away and have it fixed the next day. In addition they checked my roof and found one of the singles was peeling off too. I called High skillz roofing when it was a rainy day and they show led up right away. After another company failed repeatedly to fix a roof leak that was causing serious damage to our upstairs hallway wall and ceiling we were kind of hopeless. But I was positively surprised! Arthur, the owner, came with his crew, identified the issue and repaired the dormer to roof line with rubber membrane, flashing and new shingles. And doubled up shingles over a spongy area that the roof line was channeling the water to. Three days later it was raining cats and dogs but no leakage or anything.
