I’d like to give a shout-out to Mighty Dog Roofing of Richmond. They did an amazing job on my roof! As a 20-year real estate veteran, I am very particular about my recommendations. I don’t endorse anyone unless I have personally used their services. I found myself in a tricky situation because my son, Coleson, is the Sales Manager for Mighty Dog. I made it clear that he would need to earn my business, and he can tell you that I am probably his most difficult client. I asked numerous questions, wanted to see multiple roofs on homes to visualize how mine would look, and I demanded the best warranty with high-quality products at competitive prices. Given that my roof is 50 square, I also needed a company that could offer reasonable financing terms. I’m proud to say that they delivered on all fronts. Despite last week being the hottest week of the summer, the crew showed up promptly every morning, ready to work. They worked tirelessly through the heat and humidity, and I am thrilled with the results. I wanted a gray shade with hints of slate green, and the Owens Corning Trudefinition Duration Estate Gray shingle turned out to be the perfect color.
