The work done by Elite was timely and professional. The roof looks amazing. The one aspect I did not like was the price quoted and agreed upon was not done properly. A representative met with me in our home for the estimate, showed me the cost, then showed me what we would actually have to pay after insurance and credits applied. I asked that he send me that, so I knew exactly what I had to pay (on two occasions); it was never sent. I ended up paying over $1000 more than what he showed me on the laptop, and I was dismissed by the "bookkeeper" because I didn't have an invoice that said exactly what I was told I would have to pay (even though I asked for it on two occasions.
All the staff were very helpful and easy to work with. Ellie and Jacob, both are great with communicating and making smooth all the paperwork and handling case with the insurance company. I would highly recommend Elite roofing and will definitely do business with them in future.Thank you

I just had my roofing issue done by Elite Roofing, words can not express the care and efficiency I experienced. My project Manager Chris Hernandez, well he is just one of a kind.. He helped through the entire process, even helping me with a new Mastercool replacement.. the crew was amazing, they even worked on Thanksgiving morning to assure the job was done completely!! Ill be using this company with many more home projects..
