Great service! Fixed several tile caps as well as general maintenance on our roof. Very thorough and efficient, and an overall excellent experience. I really appreciated how Cindee explained all the work she and her team did on our roof, and how she educated us (1st-time homeowners) on what was best for maintaining our home.
They're fast and prompt. They did my roof maintenance very efficiently.Also 3 weeks ago we noticed at my daughters house that 5 of the cap title on her roof had come undone.We called at 4 pm and they where there the next morning at 9:00am.Best service ever
HERS roofing did an incredible job installing our huge new TPO roof! Cindee helped us understand all of our options and wanted to do what worked best for our needs and budget. She was present every step of the way, from approving the materials that were delivered to doing the final caulking, working alongside her excellent team. She stayed in constant communication. Her crew was completely respectful of our home, and when the job was finished, you would never guess anyone had been working here--though they were working hard from dawn to dusk until the job was done. The new roof looks amazing, and we no longer dread leaks from rain and snow. Best of all, Cindee is an honest and caring person who treats her customers as she would want to be treated. Amazing Roofing Team & Owner. The Owner was able to help us with the insurance process as we are first time home owners who had no clue what to do in this case!
