We just had our roof replaced by Gray Duck Roofing, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I first met Ryan last year when we were just exploring options, and he stuck with us through a long decision-making process—never pushy, always professional, and incredibly patient. I had him come out last year, then we decided to hold off. When I asked him to come back this year he was great about it. When we finally moved forward this spring, most companies had raised their prices significantly, but Ryan’s estimate stayed the same. He handled everything—including coordinating the removal and reinstall of our solar panels—which other companies expected me to manage myself. That alone made a huge difference. Once we committed, the process was amazingly easy and smooth. His crew showed up on time, finished our large roof in one day, cleaned up thoroughly, and next day got the gutters done. The solar team came in shortly thereafter, and everything was coordinated perfectly.What I appreciated most was Ryan’s personal approach. He came by in person, explained everything clearly, and was always respectful of our timing. After two years of indecision on our part, he still treated us like valued clients, never rushed us, and waited till we were ready to proceed. Gray Duck did our roof after some hail damage. We got a couple contractors to quote us and Gray Duck had a great price. Ryan was very responsive and easy to work with. We got the roofs on our house and detached garage fully replaced, as well as 2 sky lights. It took a day to complete and looks great! Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
The Grey Duck crew did a full replacement on my roof today. 5/30/2025. To say it was a great job is truly an understatement. From the bid ( which was incredibly old) to the clean up, everything was prompt, courteous and a first class operation. As a retired construction guy I just cannot say enough good about Ryan and his crew. I highly recommend calling a couple people, but make one of them him. You will not be dissapointed.
