The first phone call with Johnathan we felt he was listening to what our concerns were about our roof. He was very helpful with walking us through the work that needed to be done and our options for the best results and price. His crew were timely, efficient and polite. Jonathan was great about keeping in touch with my husband throughout the project. We will be calling on Rochester Roofing for our next home improvements.

Jonathan was great to work with. We used him for our roof and siding, and he walked us through each phase the process, provided a more than fair price for the work, and was easily able to contact him with all my follow-up questions. The job was completed quickly, and the cleanup was spotless. I definitely will use him again and recommend to anyone needing this type of work done.

Great communication and execution. I was able to get ahold of him the first time I tried calling and he was out the next day to complete the job. All I needed was a chimney cap replacement. Was relieved to not only pay a fair price, but have job done so quickly and communicated so clearly. Small jobs lead to big jobs and one-time customers turn into lifetime customers when one runs a business like him. Great job and you’ll be first call we make when next real project rolls around!
