I was having trouble getting one of my outside doors to lock again after I opened it and then tried to lock it again. The lock would not turn. Charles followed me out to my house and figured out what was wrong. He taught me what I needed to do to successfully lock that door. He never charged me for his efforts. I truly appreciated his help in getting my problem corrected.

The crew was here on time as scheduled and the finished product looks great from the stain match on the wood trim inside, too the color match of the vinyl frame outside! I will definitely use Steve Gentry when I need anything done in the future!

Transparency in pricing: Clear explanation of costs, no hidden fees, and adherence to the initial estimate was a huge benefit. Bob is a true professional and is top notch!
The crew’s that actually completed all the work where also amazing they where all very professional, provided superior quality workmanship, installation techniques, attention to Details, timely completion of the job and cleanup was superb.
Steve Gentry Construction was absolutely one of the best contractors I have had the pleasure f working with, usually dealing with 68 different homeowners there are multiple complaints and frustrations, but that was not the case we received more compliments on their professionalism, quality of work, quality materials and the whole process from start to finish.
Thanks Bob, Steve Gentry and all their staff for a job well done!
