I was having trouble getting one of my outside doors to lock again after I opened it and then tried to lock it again. The lock would not turn. Charles followed me out to my house and figured out what was wrong. He taught me what I needed to do to successfully lock that door. He never charged me for his efforts. I truly appreciated his help in getting my problem corrected.
Bob Pries of Steve Gentry Construction did an excellent job on a sunroom addition as well as exterior painting and repairs. We would highly recommend this business due to their good communications, excellent workmanship and really nice people.
We had a bedroom window shot out on Christmas eve. Gentry construction was able to order the window really quick. The work was done on time and the quality is awesome! The crew was here on time as scheduled and the finished product looks great from the stain match on the wood trim inside, too the color match of the vinyl frame outside! I will definitely use Steve Gentry when I need anything done in the future!
They did a great job from start to finish. I had another contractor out before them that stated there was no damage but when Joe came, he took me on the roof to show me the need for shingle replacement. The crew came and were done before the end of the day and cleaned up and did a super job. Highly recommend them to others needing a contractor!
